Who We Are
The Founders
Cam and ShannonRae, like many of us, met in the community.
- They saw people struggling, unprepared, and unable to access truly effective, long term, and professional integration support.
- They witnessed communities using unsafe, culturally unaware practices, that weren’t trauma informed.
- They experienced communities who weren’t grounded, emotionally regulated, and didn’t practice healthy communication, nonviolent conflict resolution, or meet people where they are.
- They met people who didn’t even have community and had no idea how to find ancient wisdom, trusted sources, or a place to belong that really understood their experiences.
They wanted to change this!

While studying psychology, I became intrigued by psychedelic research and its potential to help with issues like PTSD and depression, which has affected many of my fellow veterans. Exploring psychedelics for my healing, I discovered their powerful therapeutic benefits, especially when combined with certain tools and practices like meditation or breathwork. This exploration changed my life's direction, leading me to experience abundance, joy, and love in ways I never thought possible.
As an integration coach, I offer a power-centered approach to healing from within utilizing proven tools, exercises, and various other modalities to help you break through feeling stuck so you can enjoy life again. I combine wisdom gained from my own personal healing and plant medicine journeys with an Undergraduate and Master's degree in psychology.
Born from a deep desire to overcome enduring psychological blocks, I've not only triumphed over adversity but also transcended to new levels of personal growth. Join me, and I'll guide you on your journey to do the same.
